Role Description:
- As an Kinaxis Solution Architect, you are required to provide technical and thought leadership to help customers realize these transformation goals.
- You will be a critical link between the project delivery team and customer stakeholders who needs to thoroughly understand customer's technology footprint, future roadmap, business enablement plans and create the best possible path for implementing Kinaxis.
- Validate the solution and ensure it meets business requirement's and is in-line with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Master competency on SCM planning (end-to-end) architecture along with proven expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Create the blueprint (solution footprint) and accordingly formulate the business models in supply chain platform using the key principles of planning, optimization, collaboration and visibility
- Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities
- Ability to lead the blueprint for Rapid Response solution focusing on L1 to L5 level processes
- Ability to conduct business workshops and lead client discussions
- Perform Data readiness assessment, understand data cleansing & transformation rules, and ensure the successful implementation of Rapid Response solution
- Ensure that the configuration of Rapid Response analytics and customizations, supports the to-be processes of the client
- Perform Data Harmonization across different ERP Source systems integrated with Rapid Response
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, MEIO, S&OP
- Ensuring functional specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs by writing, reviewing, and validating clear technical specifications
- Fosters business relationship with key customer contact and provides technical expertise to stakeholders
- Act as a Cost Advisor, engage in environment capacity and sizing review and provide insights into optimization opportunities
- Define & deliver enhancements/features that will scale to peak volumes without compromising on the SLAs
- Help customers with change management activities, check the quality and accuracy of deliverables provided by the extended team ensuring that delivery is without errors and will participate in day to day interactions with clients and team members
- Provides advice to customers and Deploy & Operate Team regarding industry best practices and process methodology
Desired Experience:
- 12+ Years of Supply Chain Planning experience on transformation Projects and 7+ years of Experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementations.
- Multiple cycles of leading development teams in complex supply-chain delivery projects, through all stages of the project life-cycle 10+ years of relevant experience in business consulting and technology enabled transformation programs;
- Detailed knowledge of functional supply chain capabilities such as ERP/MRP, APS, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and managing planning activities with distributors and contract manufacturers.
- Understanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge on the standard business processes, control settings and data model for the above applications in Kinaxis
- Oversee training activities for business users for Kinaxis Rapid Response applications & processes
- Hands on experience as a configuration and modelling lead
- Work closely with Integration Lead to ensure successful data migration from different ERP Source systems to Kinaxis and vice versa (Double Closed Loop)
