Highly competent Senior Manager required on the Sectors Programme Assurance team. This role will be required to do the following:
Full understanding of an end to end business transformation ERP programme, understands the challenges involved and therefore the requirements of programme assurance.
Full understanding of all critical workstreams including PMO, business change, business architecture, testing, data and cutover / transition and ability to lead focussed reviews in these areas.
Strong awareness of the key risks a programme will generally experience throughout the life-cycle and critically what mitigations are required to course correct.
Ability to convert observations into risks with clear impact articulation and practical recommendations (not text book ones)
Ability to manage multiple IPA pieces of work (stage gates, deep dives etc) and align to other client side assurance activities (such as IA driven work). Ability to speak to internal Q&A teams using the right language around 1 st / 2 nd / 3 rd line etc.
Ability to EM £1m+ engagements robustly
Ability to lead a team to deliver high quality outputs within a pressured environment, for example, health check reports, stage gate reviews and recommendations on whether a client is ready to progress to the next stage of their delivery
Ability to coach the junior members of the team who have less delivery experience
Ability to work across connected business bringing in relevant specialists from our SAP, MBS and other platform teams
Ability to run with high value proposals and present confidently in pitches
Qualifications
Educational qualifications
BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc-IT in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Work Experience
The candidate must have 10 to 12 years of total experience.
Experience or knowledge over at least one platform (SAP, MSD, Oracle, Salesforce etc)
Experience of delivering core IPA services
Experience of delivering high quality business development work
Experience in KPMG risk processes
Experience in engaging with client side senior stakeholders
Member of a delivery team on a multi year (ideally global) business transformation ERP programme. Experienced the highs and lows of transformation and understands the challenges involved.
Experience or knowledge of all critical workstreams including PMO, business change, business architecture, testing, data and cutover / transition. Ideally has led at least one of these workstreams on a global programme.
