Role And Responsibilities
As a Key Accounts Manager in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring their success. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling a farming role and managing revenue for assigned accounts
- Presenting products and services to clients, peers, and management to support performance and planning
- Collaborating with colleagues and internal departments to achieve company objectives and goals
- Meeting and exceeding sales key performance indicators (KPIs) for emails, calls, meetings, and demonstrations
- Addressing customer escalations and effectively resolving issues
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in financial services, business to business SaaS sales, or solution selling
- Current residence in Mumbai
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems, with experience in Salesforce preferred
