Qualifications:
Over 2 years of experience in Customer Success/Key Accounts Manager or a related role with a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
Experience in training and education is highly desirable.
Comfortable working with clients of all sizes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
