Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, hunt, and mine customers for solar products through presentations, demos, and technical discussions.
  • Use digital channels, seminars, conferences, and direct meetings to penetrate new markets.
  • Consolidate technical offers for Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
  • Lead pre-sales and value-selling initiatives to grow product volume and market share.

Customer Engagement

  • Assess customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet (SOW) and expand business relationships.
  • Maintain and update sales funnel; leverage SFDC as a growth tool.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with service, supply chain, product management, sales operations, and marketing to drive business growth.
  • Apply Veralto Enterprise System tools (Visual Management, Daily Management, Problem Solving Process) to achieve results.
