Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, offering exceptional customer service, and performing account management. Daily tasks include analyzing data, understanding clients needs, developing strategies to maximize account growth, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
