Manage a set of suppliers and work closely to help them grow their business on Firstcry.com through new product launches, promotions, insights on trends etc
Assist the Marketplace Manager to identify product and price point gaps and identify relevant suppliers
New seller on boarding explaining business model, commission negotiations and onsite merchandising
Manage Day to Day operations to ensure timely order fulfillment, reconciliation of payments etc
Curate product listings based on customer feedback related to quality, timelines & delivery experience
Weekly Sales Reporting and take corrective action to achieve the set goals
Onsite Listings Management along with check on best seller and poor seller
Monthly Seller review to identify areas of improvement and plan for the coming months to achieve the set goals Desired Skills and Competencies
Graduate with min 2 years experience in apparel.
Prior experience in Account Management, Business Development
Strong analytical and reporting skills Associated Behaviors
Excellent Communication Skills, Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong sense of ownership, intense in achieving results
Excellent relationship building skills
