Key responsibilities
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and single point of contact.
Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and business objectives, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and grow the account's profitability.
Needs assessment: Deeply understand the client's business, industry, and goals to proactively identify challenges and propose solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
Issue resolution: Act as the primary liaison to address and resolve client complaints, queries, and issues in a timely manner.
Internal coordination: Collaborate with internal teams like sales, marketing, product, and support to ensure client needs are met and the correct products and services are delivered on time.
Data and reporting: Monitor key account performance, maintain client data in CRM systems, and compile reports for management.
