Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager Key Account Management (Corporate Travel)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: up to 12LPA

Experience: 10+ years in Key Account Management (Corporate Travel Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture key corporate client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships

Develop strategic account plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue

Oversee end-to-end corporate travel management services for key clients

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to formulate effective strategies

Handle escalations, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies

Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Key Account Management within the corporate travel industry

Proven expertise in managing large corporate accounts and driving business growth

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Ability to analyze data and create tailored travel solutions for corporate clients

Experience in handling B2B travel solutions, including flights, hotels, and MICE services

Proficiency in travel management software and CRM tools
