Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Key Account Manager to drive sales, growth, and brand visibility on Nykaa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end P&L, strong category knowledge in BPC, and proven ability to build strategic relationships with platform partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end P&L for the Nykaa channel (minimum 1.52 years experience), driving consistent sales growth and profitability.
- Drive brand presence in the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) category with strategic plans and flawless execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Nykaa category managers to secure premium visibility slots, marketing opportunities, and exclusive partnerships.
- Scale sales and market share for the brand while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze key performance metrics (sales trends, AOV, conversion rates, competition mapping) and present actionable insights via weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership.
- Manage operational processes including POs, GRNs, stock forecasting, supply chain coordination, and reconciliation of claims/debit notes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, finance, design, and marketing teams for smooth execution.
- Identify growth opportunities, negotiate platform terms, and implement innovative campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.
- Keep track of competitor activity and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 36 years of relevant experience in e-commerce account management, with at least 1.52 years of direct Nykaa channel management.
- Strong knowledge of the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) category.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence on Nykaa.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
