Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure.
  • Drive direct sales of ERP solutions tailored for manufacturing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with the right ERP solution.
  • Identify, target, and engage potential enterprise customers in the manufacturing space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, implementation) to deliver customized solutions and ensure client success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through focused efforts and strategic engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and regular reporting to leadership.
  • Evangelize the product and brand in the market, showcasing thought leadership in ERP for manufacturing.
  • Constantly identify new market opportunities and contribute insights to the sales strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 510+ years of enterprise sales experience in ERP solutions, with a strong focus on manufacturing industry clients.
  • Proven track record of independently closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Deep understanding of ERP product capabilities and how they align with business needs in manufacturing.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set someone who can think like a business owner.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
