Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our presence on Nykaa. The ideal candidate should have solid industry knowledge in e-commerce and hands-on experience managing Nykaa or similar beauty & personal care accounts. This role will own the P&L responsibility for Nykaa and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth, visibility, and brand leadership on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Nykaa business for Sotrue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Nykaa category managers.
  • Drive revenue growth through assortment planning, visibility strategies, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for Nykaa-specific creatives and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute new product launches on Nykaa.
  • Lead forecasting and inventory planning in coordination with supply chain and warehouse teams.
  • Analyze sales performance and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor marketing spends on Nykaa to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Stay updated on category trends, platform changes, and competitor activity within the Nykaa ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 23 years of relevant experience in e-commerce account management.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, supply chain).
  • Industry knowledge in personal care, grooming, or wellness is a plus.
