Job Description

What will you drive

  • Lead Generation & Closures:
  • Identify and generate leads from Used Car Dealers (UCDs).
  • Drive the end-to-end process of closing procurement leads.
  • Dealer Engagement:
  • Travel twice weekly to meet top dealers, strengthen relationships, and enhance their experience with CARS24.
  • Act as a trusted partner for dealers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Daily Communication:
  • Connect with dealers daily through calls to maintain strong relationships and address queries.
  • Ensure seamless dealer communication to support lead generation and closure efforts.
  • Market Insights:
  • Gather and share valuable insights from dealers to help refine strategies and improve processes.

Who are we looking for

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with Used Car Dealers.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel once a week to connect with dealers in person.
  • Availability to work a 6-day schedule, with shift timings from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
