Job Description

We're Hiring: Key Account Manager (B2B) (Beauty Category)

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and skilled at managing key accounts to drive growth Join MACCARON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as we expand our market presence!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key brand partners.
  • Plan and execute promotions, monitor performance, and review KPIs.
  • Drive product strategy and performance for online & offline channels in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor and manage key metrics including sales, GMV, and profit margin.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize account performance.
  • Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience in inventory & supply chain coordination (PO tracking, OOS management, order fulfillment).
  • Experience with forecasting and demand planning.
  • Knowledge of P&L contribution /margin calculations (discounts, commissions, payout reconciliation).

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in e-commerce account management.
  • Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Passion for the k-beauty and cosmetics industry.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate / MBA
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years In Beauty and Personal Care Category (FMCG) on Ecommerce platform or with brand

Work Location & Timings:

  • MG Road, Gurugram, Haryana
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
