Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Excellence & Continuity
  • Ensure seamless execution of existing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with client leadership and internal teams; act as the single point of accountability for the account.
  • P&L Ownership
  • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability across the account.
  • Business Development & Strategic Farming
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the client ecosystem; proactively farm new projects.
  • Program & Project Management
  • Co-own project execution with PMO for strategic initiatives including automation, WMS, and B2C expansions.
  • Data-Driven Insights
  • Leverage data analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
  • End-to-End Accountability
  • Ensure accountability for growth, client satisfaction, and delivery outcomes across all aspects of the account.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth and pipeline conversion.
  • Client satisfaction and relationship depth.
  • Profitability and P&L health of the account.
  • Successful rollout of strategic projects (Automation, WMS, B2C launches, RM Supply Chain).
  • Operational excellence and continuity without disruptions.
  • Stakeholder alignment (internal + external).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3PL experience is a must
  • 10+ years of experience inaccount management, supply chain, logistics, or strategic operations.
  • Proven success in managinglarge accounts (4060 Cr range)with P&L ownership.
  • Strong ability to balancestrategic vision with operational rigor.
  • Track record offarming business opportunitiesand delivering growth.
  • Expertise instakeholder management and project delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
