Job Description & Requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- To work closely with the Sales Admin team to coordinate shipment arrangements
- To prepare sales forecasting for the management review.
- To introduce and present new products to new Customers.
- To negotiate with Suppliers and Principals on pricing and better trading terms.
- Leading and monitoring the sales merchandisers performance to maximize sales and meet or exceed the corporate sales goals.
- Follow up with stakeholders to propose product promotions, new products, and price changes.
- Make regular store visits to meet store managers to request space for new arrivals and marketing plans.
- Conduct sales analysis and implement effective sales strategy & planning to meet sales target
- Set up and demolish events
- Monitor store shelves by observing stock level, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low, replenish stocks, and removing damanged products.
