Monitoring of daily utilization sheet of Avionics & Structural Parts belongs to ATR & A320 Fleets.
Monitoring the U/S list of Avionics stakes & release the Order accordingly to Vendor.
Monitor and perform the LB action of TCI & OCCM list.
Monitor the MEL list to cater the requirements of Avionics stakes.
Follow up for the GRN of the Avionic & Structural units from the Pending GRN list .
Monitor & perform the AMOS action of serviceable units from EX-A/C list
Follow up with Vendor to comply the TAT (Turn Around Time)
Maintaining the tracking sheet of Avionics repair components.
Follow the scrap policy & scrap the Unit as per guideline.
Invoice processing of Vendors.
Co-ordinate with other stakes LMD/BMD/MCC/QATS /FINANCE team for better alignment in repair management process.
Monitoring the Preserved aircraft list of components for Cannibalization / Normalization of Avionics component .
Assisting to Manager for Rotable repair & Vendor management.
Assist to Manager for preparing the Float reconciliation of Rotable items belongs to Avionics stakes to support IGO maintenance requirements.
Any other duty as instructed by Reporting Manager.
