**Position: Technical Support Engineer**

**Experience Required: 0 to 2 Years**

**Educational Background: Technical Degree/Diploma/ITI

**Job Overview:**

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support for their PA System, PAVA System, and Fire Alarm System implementations. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining our systems to guarantee seamless functionality for our valued customers. Effective communication skills, both in-person and via email, will be essential to assist clients and collaborate with internal teams.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:** Respond to customer queries and technical issues related to our PA Systems, PAVA Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems. Diagnose and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.

2. **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Conduct rigorous testing on our systems to identify potential defects and ensure high-quality products before deployment.

3. **Customer Support:** Provide outstanding customer support through email and other communication channels. Guide customers on product usage, configuration, and maintenance best practices.

4. **System Maintenance:** Regularly inspect and maintain installed systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

5. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Project Management to address complex issues and implement improvements based on customer feedback.

6. **Documentation:** Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles, to assist both customers and internal teams.

7. **Product Training:** Assist in conducting training sessions for customers and internal staff to enhance their understanding of our systems and their functionalities.

**Qualifications:**

- Technical Degree/Diploma/ITI in ECE/EE or related disciplines.

- 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role within the audio systems, fire safety, or related industries.

- Solid understanding of PA Systems, PAVA Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them efficiently.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
