About the Role
We are looking for a curious, research-driven, and detail-oriented Junior Technical Content Writer to join our content team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
You will work closely with senior content strategists and subject matter experts to create high-quality content covering cybersecurity, information security, compliance, AI governance, privacy, and enterprise technology. We value attitude, curiosity, and learning ability as much as writing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write long-form blogs, website pages, landing pages, guides, newsletters, and thought leadership content on cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, AI, and enterprise technology.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for business audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze search intent, perform competitor research, and optimize content using SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain technical accuracy and content quality.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize existing content to improve readability, accuracy, and organic search performance.
- Create and publish weekly thought leadership newsletters covering cybersecurity, compliance, AI governance, and emerging industry trends.
- Design supporting visual assets, including blog banners, newsletter graphics, feature images, and infographics using Canva Ai.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, compliance frameworks, AI developments, and search engine updates.
What We're Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of experience in technical content writing, SEO writing, or B2B content marketing.
- Excellent written English with strong grammar, research, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong curiosity and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technical topics.
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud computing, AI, or compliance-related topics.
- Familiarity with Canva for creating professional content assets and marketing visuals.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for content publishing and formatting is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms for newsletter publishing is an added advantage.
- Experience using AI tools and AI agent workflows for content research, writing, editing, SEO optimization, and productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar standards is a plus but not required.
