Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Junior Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Udaipur. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential creator and artist partners, making introductory outreach, and assisting in follow-ups to build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include helping to manage customer inquiries, providing basic product information, and ensuring a positive service experience for platform users. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and basic training materials, and gathering feedback from clients to improve sales processes. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing team, assisting with reporting, organizing meetings, and learning foundational skills in sales management in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships with creators and artists.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in prospecting, outreach, and basic negotiation under guidance from senior team members.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management support skills, such as helping with training materials and organizing sales activities.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and interest in the creator and artist ecosystem.
• Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team setting.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) is an advantage.
