Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical or IT roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Basic understanding of common technical roles (e.g., Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Data Analyst).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles.
- A proactive, learning-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing best practices.
- Internship or prior experience in an IT recruitment agency or tech company.
