Junior MEP Specialist/MEP Executive

Working Time: 9 AM to 6 PM

Working Days: MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Junior MEP Specialist/MEP Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

1+ years of relevant experience

Any relevant internships or practical experience in MEP-related projects is compulsory.

Desired candidates:

Prior experience into Real estate, home decor or construction field is preferred

Basic knowledge of mechanical electrical, and plumbing systems.

Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in MEP design and coordination

Knowledge of MEP design principles, codes, and standards.

Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MEP-specific software

Own laptop/Desktop required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

Use software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create MEP drawings and layouts.

Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure MEP systems meet project requirements.

Conduct site visits to assess existing MEP systems and propose improvements.

Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and reports.

Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in MEP design.
