Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2 years of experience to design functional and aesthetically appealing residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong space planning, visualization, and project coordination skills, with the ability to transform client requirements into innovative interior designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
  • Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation drawings for client approvals.
  • Perform space planning and interior layout design.
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.
  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers during project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design implementation.
  • Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion/V-Ray.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, and material selection.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, office, or retail interior projects.
