Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policy implementation, and general HR operations. The role demands a proactive individual who can manage multiple HR functions while ensuring compliance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer & closure.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
- Draft & implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
- Support performance management, training, and development activities.
Requirements- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 12 years of experience in HR generalist & recruitment functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, payroll, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
