Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior HR Recruiter. The Junior HR Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. The role involves maintaining recruitment databases, assisting in job posting and promoting openings across various channels, and supporting overall HR administrative tasks. The recruiter will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and managing candidate records accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience with recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining detailed and accurate recruitment records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment and HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in human resources is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
