Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling. You will work closely with the senior designers and content team to create engaging materials that educate and inform audiences about cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design and creation of cybersecurity awareness materials, including infographics, posters, e-learning visuals, and social media content.

- Develop engaging visuals for cybersecurity training modules and awareness campaigns.

- Work on branding materials such as logos, business cards, presentations, and brochures.

- Support website and UI/UX design projects by creating graphics and mockups.

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute design concepts for cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all creative assets.

- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

- Stay updated with industry trends, cybersecurity themes, and design best practices.

- Handle multiple design projects with tight deadlines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.

- Portfolio showcasing previous design work (required).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

- Basic animation or motion graphics skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Sketch.

- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing.

- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web design.
