Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Work closely with quality analysts and team leaders to resolve coding-related queries.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related healthcare field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Medical coding certification is preferred but not mandatory.
