About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Specialist to manage our brand presence across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and our e-commerce store in the US, EU, and Canada. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM), and be skilled in downloading and analyzing FBA reports, as well as tracking and resolving issues related to lost and damaged units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM) operations, including shipment creation, catalog updates, and troubleshooting issues.
• Audit accounts for eligible reimbursements/refunds
• Raise & track claims with Amazon, e-commerce platforms & carriers

Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity with managing e-commerce websites on WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of FBA & FBM processes, including shipment creation, catalog updates, and claims handling.
• Proven ability to audit accounts for reimbursements/refunds and raise/track claims with Amazon, e-commerce platforms, and carriers.
