About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you will help collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong problem-solving skills, and wants to grow in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Prepare dashboards, visualizations, and reports for business teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful analyses.
- Assist in maintaining data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
- Support the development of automated reports and data processes.
- Document methodologies, data definitions, and analytical processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 02 years of experience in data analysis or related roles (internships/projects acceptable).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
- Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and reporting automation.
- Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics.
