Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Resolve minor design and technical details in collaboration with contractors and architects.
• Manage and monitor local contractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and progress on site.
• Provide daily updates and progress reports to the principal architect and client through charts, emails, and reports.
• Stay on-site during the entire construction period, overseeing project execution and resolving on-the-ground issues.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage site logistics.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Must be ready to join our full-time office at Vasai Road.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, designs, and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills for resolving on-site issues effectively

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Should have an understanding on working in CAD software.
