Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive institutional partnerships and business growth within the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, presenting the organization's solutions, coordinating meetings, managing client relationships, and supporting partnership closures. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to business development initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage prospective colleges, universities, and institutional partners to generate new business opportunities.
2. Schedule, coordinate, and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase organizational offerings.
3. Prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, and support the conversion of prospects into long-term institutional partnerships.
4. Maintain accurate CRM records, track interactions, and provide regular updates on sales and partnership activities.
5. Participate in education fairs, industry events, and campus outreach programs to expand the organization's network and visibility.

Skill Set:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent presentation and relationship management abilities.
3. Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
5. 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, EdTech Sales, or Institutional Sales, with willingness to travel locally as required.
