Responsibilities:
- Working with clients to understand new or existing product requirements and domain information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as business managers, end-users, and executives, to elicit and document their requirements.
- Preparing approach for requirement gathering, documentation and outlining a detailed product strategy.
- Work closely with the CEO, Product Manager, Solution Architect, AI Engineers, and Frontend/Backend Leads to understand product goals and system constraints.
- Gather, refine, and document complex requirements for modules across the 16-month roadmap (Web, E-commerce, Mobile, Marketplace, AI Services).
- Convert product strategy into clear functional specifications, user stories, data schemas, and acceptance criteria compatible with the deterministic IR Engine.
- Analyze workflows such as:
- Prompt IR Code Generation
- Canvas Editor operations
- Live Preview hot reload flow
- Multi-tenant admin features
- Billing & subscription workflows
- Deployment and hosting flows
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, user interviews, AI workflow assessments, and market research to refine product decisions.
- Work with engineering to transform ambiguous ideas into buildable, testable, verifiable specifications.
- Ensure that all requirements include measurable success criteria (performance, latency, UX metrics, AI accuracy targets).
- Prepare process diagrams, sequence diagrams, system flowcharts, and platform documentation for complex modules.
- Support testing by validating requirements, reviewing test plans, and ensuring alignment with expected outcomes.
- Maintain requirement traceability from discovery documentation sprint planning QA UAT production release.
- Perform impact analysis on changes to IR schema, API contracts, or system components.
- Understand and articulate how AI agents (Architect, Coder, Designer, Auditor, Attacker, Maintenance) interact within the product.
- Help define prompt requirements, clarification rules, classification patterns, and data schemas used by the IR Engine.
- Document UI/UX interactions for the Canvas Editor (drag & drop, editing, versioning, preview).
- Work with DevOps/SRE to understand constraints of deployment flows, GPU scheduling, and scalability.
- Assist in rollout planning for major releases across phases (Beta, Internal, GA, Enterprise).
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to define onboarding, RBAC, compliance, and audit requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business).
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and IT infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst in software or product-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of web applications, SaaS platforms, and microservice-based systems.
- Ability to break down highly technical concepts (AI pipelines, SSR rendering, IR schemas, deployment automation) into clear documentation.
- Experience writing: Feature specifications, User flows, API contracts, Acceptance criteria, System diagrams
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Strong understanding of Agile processes, sprint ceremonies, prioritization, and backlog grooming.
- Ability to collaborate across AI teams, design teams, engineering squads, and DevOps.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills both verbal and written.
