Junior Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role located in Jaipur. The Junior Accountant will handle daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, manage invoices, and assist in month-end closing procedures. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the senior accounting team. The position may also involve assisting in audits and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in financial statements preparation, general ledger management, and account reconciliation
• Experience with tax filings, compliance reporting, and knowledge of Indian accounting standards
• Strong skills in using accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
