Key Responsibilities

• In charge of Posting voucher entries and creating Masters in the Tally software.
• Assist in processing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and other financial statements
• Manage vendor registration forms, purchase orders, and client contracts
• Coordinate with clients to ensure collections and managing accounts receivable
• Assist Senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/ yearly closings
• Prepare and submit weekly reports
• Assist with review of Expenses, Employee Reimbursement, and Petty cash vouchers
• Preparing Revenue Invoices and maintaining Revenue Tracker

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified B.com / M.com
• Experience in data entry & book keeping using Tally
• Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance
• Preparing Reconciliation Statements
• Preparing and Presenting Cheques for Clearance in Bank
• Prior experience of 1-3 years is preferred
