JR FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or a related technical field.

0–2 years of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or a similar technical role.

Fresh graduates with relevant technical training may also be considered. 

Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. • Conduct routine inspections of facility assets to identify maintenance needs. • Assist in implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and checklists. Corrective Maintenance • Perform minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems. • Replace defective fixtures, light bulbs, switches, sockets, and basic plumbing components. • Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
