We are looking for a motivated Junior E-Commerce Executive to assist in managing and optimizing our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about e-commerce platforms and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, uploading, and maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Update product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels regularly.
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace policies.
- Support the team in executing promotional campaigns and discount strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports using MS Excel.
- Research competitors and suggest improvements for product visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
- 02 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
