Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed relevant Data Analytics courses and are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will work with various data sources to generate reports, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business goals.
- Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Leverage Excel for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
- Write Python scripts to automate data processing tasks and support analytical projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data quality measures and best practices.
Skills And Qualifications
- Education: Completion of a Data Analytics course or related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Good to have insurance related domain knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-1+yrs of relevant experience in Data Analysis
- Understanding of basic statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with data cleaning and data wrangling processes.
