Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed plans.

* Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions.

* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

* Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for project approvals.

* Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.

* Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).

* Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of sustainable and innovative design practices is a plus.
