Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Advocate located in Pune Camp. The Jr. Advocate will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing legal support to the senior legal team. Daily tasks include drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with external legal parties. The Jr. Advocate will also assist in land acquisitions and managing legal aspects of various developments.

• Drafting and review of commercial agreements/contracts and legal documents including standardization of commercial agreements/contracts.

Qualifications

• Legal Research and Preparing Legal Documents skills
• Experience in Drafting Contracts and Reviewing Legal Documents
• Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in real estate legal matters is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transmission.
