PositionSummary:
WeareseekingahighlymotivatedandstrategicProductManagertoleadtheplanning,
execution,andperformanceofkeypharmaceuticalbrandsinourportfolio.Theidealcandidate
willhaveexperienceinthepharmaceuticalindustryforIndiaregionandwillberesponsiblefor
drivingmarketgrowth,lifecyclemanagement,competitiveanalysis,andpromotionalstrategies
forassignedproducts.
KeyResponsibilities:
Developandimplementstrategicandtacticalmarketingplanstoachieveproduct
objectives.
Conductdetailedmarketanalysisincludingcompetitorintelligence,customerinsights,
andsalesperformance.
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams(Sales,MedicalAffairs,Regulatory,Supply
Chain)toensuresuccessfulproductlaunchesandongoingpromotion.
DefineandmonitorproductKPIs(marketshare,sales,growthtrends).
Managetheproductlifecycleincludingnewindications,lineextensions,andportfolio
rationalization.
Planandexecutepromotionalcampaigns,CMEactivities,producttraining,andscientific
communication.
EngagewithKOLs,HCPs,andkeystakeholderstogatherinsightsandsupportbrand
positioning.
Developmarketingcollateralssuchasvisualaids,brochures,digitalcontent,andproduct
literature.
Coordinatewiththefieldforcetoimplementmarketingstrategiesandmonitorfield
feedback.
Prepareforecasts,budgeting,andP&Loversightforassignedbrands.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor'sdegreeinPharmacy,LifeSciences,orrelatedfield.MBAinMarketingor
HealthcareManagementispreferred.
37yearsofexperienceinpharmaceuticalmarketing/productmanagement.
Strongunderstandingofpharmaceuticalindustrydynamics,regulatoryframework,and
therapeuticareas.
Excellentcommunication,analytical,andprojectmanagementskills.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinafast-pacedenvironment.
ProficiencyinMSOffice;knowledgeofCRMtoolsanddigitalplatformsisaplus.
Experiencewithspecialtycare,brandedgenerics,orbiologicsisadvantageous.
Exposuretoproductlaunchesandmarketdevelopmentactivitiesindomesticor
internationalmarkets.
