*JOB OFFER BY LEADING FAST FOOD CHAIN OF RESTAURANTS HEAD OFFICE GOREGAON Needs Loyalty Manager*
Duties & Responsibilities
Need a candidate with 3 to 4 yrs of experience in running B2C loyalty program for any brand, preferably food brand.
Education: MBA
SALARY : 60-70 LAKHS PA
Excellent communication skill
Interface with stores through field research, usability studies, and surveys to identify/prioritize product needs and ensure an industry-
leading loyalty feature set. Coordinate with the agency for new development
Weekly, Monthly and quarterly reporting to management
Identify whom our most valuable consumers are Design life cycle of a customer
Drive increased purchase value, frequency and lifetime value across all of the store sales
Manage customer feedback
Coordinate with the CMF team on day to day jobs
Inspire advocacy and drive consumer centricity
Promote data driven (fact-based) decision-making by showcasing
knowledge and insights from the programme
Develop the quarterly marketing plan as an integral component of the planning process.
