Jio Center Manager

• Ensure achievement of sales and customer acquisition targets for Jio Centre.
• Optimize cost efficiency and productivity of the Jio Centre operations.
• Oversee seamless operation and administration of the Jio Centre.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and implement commercial controls.
• Obtain necessary permissions and approvals required for project execution.
• Liaise with channel partners to drive productivity and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement action plans for customer retention and collect feedback.
• Manage, coach, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.

Education Required

• Graduation degree in any discipline (Post Graduation or MBA preferred).

Experience Required

• 10 to 14 years of relevant experience.
