Jio Center Manager

• Ensure achievement of sales and customer acquisition targets for the Jio Centre.
• Optimize cost efficiency and overall productivity of the Jio Centre.
• Oversee seamless operations and effective administration of the Jio Centre.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and implementation of commercial controls.
• Obtain necessary permissions and approvals for smooth project execution.
• Liaise with channel partners to drive operational productivity and growth.
• Develop and execute action plans for customer retention and feedback management.
• Manage, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

Education Required

• Graduation degree in any discipline (Post Graduation or MBA preferred).

Experience Required

• 10 to 14 years of relevant experience.
