Must-Have:
**Core Backend Development:
Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot for building scalable backend service
- Microservices Architecture: Ability to design, develop, and maintain microservices-based application
- API Development: Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs with clean, maintainable code
- Messaging and Event Streaming: Working knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging technologies for asynchronous communication
Good-to-Have:
- Caching and Performance: Working knowledge of Redis for improving application performance and response time
- Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud-based application deployment and service
- s.Integration and Workflow Tools: Familiarity with Camunda or Apache Camel for workflow orchestration and system integratio
- n.DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD tools to support automated build, testing, and deployment processe
- s.Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the telecom domain, preferably within BSS/OSS application environment
