Java Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with around 4-5 years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development expertise in Java, front-end development experience with Angular, knowledge of MySQL databases and working knowledge of AWS cloud services. The role requires a proactive developer who can work across the technology stack to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and related frameworks.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular.
• Develop and optimize MySQL database schemas, queries, and data models.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and support cloud-based applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Around 4-5 years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with MySQL database development and query optimization.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or related services.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with AI-native development tools and AI-assisted coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, data processing, or AI/ML-related use cases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of tools to develop applications on the product for individual customer needs.
