Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, MySQL,JavaScript,JSP, and Redis, capable of independently handling projects from design to deployment, and possess a strong understanding of modern AI technologies and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integrations.
• Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries in MySQL.
• Implement caching and performance optimization using Redis.
• Independently manage complete project lifecycles, including requirement analysis, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Well versed with AI-powered features into business applications where applicable.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Java application development.

• Spring Boot

• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git version control.
• Knowledge of API security mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth2, and Spring Security.
• Experience with application deployment on Linux servers.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently drive projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
