Job Description

Who we are looking for:

As a Senior Developer, the candidate will be responsible for developing solutions for GTS Integration Services team. The candidate must have3+ years of experience in developing web applications in Java, JavaScript frameworks, Spring MVC and Microservices on native and open cloud platforms using CI/CD. The successful candidate must be effective at managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and be capable of meeting deadlines. The role expects seniordeveloperswith strong experience in business and software development, data analysis, system flows and design patterns in order to strategically develop the various products for Integration Services team.

As SeniorDeveloper(SA), you will be responsible for:

  • Analysis, Design and development of solutions for integration services. Candidate should deliver developmenttasks based on coding best practices and considering non-functional aspects.

  • Participateinall major technical upgrades and large technical efforts.

  • Manage your efforts within and outside the agile team and ensure tasks are completed successfully within deadlines with agreed quality standards.

  • Understand user needs and proposeoptimizedoptions for solutions. Anticipate critical issues and risks take responsibility for resolution across the organization.

  • Apply analytical andproblem-solvingskills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Using and integrating processes through various transmission protocolsusing BPM based tools.

  • Developingsolutionson file transport, messaging andAPIintegration protocols usingproprietary and industry standardformats.

  • System Integration using integration software's - bespoke, vendor and/oropen source.

  • The candidate needs to demonstrate a strong level of competence in Results Focus, Business Acumen and Curiosity and Technology Level Influence/Teamwork

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimumbachelor's degreerequired.

  • Minimum3+yearsofexperience in developing Enterprise WebapplicationsinJava,Spring Bootor Python.

  • Must haveexperience inAngularand/orReact.JS&Node.js.

  • Must have experience on one or more protocols REST, SOAP, GraphQL, GRPC, Avro, WebSocket.

  • Musthavehands-onexperience inRelational (Oracle,PostgreSQL,Etc.) and/orNOSQLDB's.

  • Must have hands-on experience in Unit Testing framework such as JUnit or Pytest.

  • Must haveworkexperience on Buildframeworks(Maven or Gradle)or (Poetry, PDM or PIPenv)

  • Musthave work experience in Agile Teams with a clear understanding of the Agile model.

  • Nicetohavehands-on experience in at leastoneof Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift etc.

  • Niceto have experience inDockers, Kubernetes,DevOps/CI/CD.

  • Niceto haveexperience working withany of themessaging platforms like IBM MQ,ActiveMQ or Rabbit MQ orKafka.

  • Niceto have experience in File Transfer protocollikeSFTP, FTP, SambaandMFT.

  • Niceto have working knowledge on Co-pilot, Devinor any other AI code-assistant tool.
