Full Stack Developer (Java, Python, React) – AI-Ready

Role Summary

The Full Stack Developer builds scalable, secure, AI‑enabled applications.

Initially focused on application and integration layers, with a roadmap to contribute to AI logic, orchestration, and model interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack applications using React (frontend) and Java / Python (backend)
• Integrate AI capabilities such as:
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agent tool invocation
• Build REST / GraphQL APIs for AI and non‑AI services
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data access
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects on AI workflows
• Adopt AI‑assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and production support

Required Skills

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend:
• Java (Spring Boot)
• Python (FastAPI / Flask)
• API design (REST, JSON)
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Git, CI/CD pipelines

AI & Modern Engineering Skills (Must‑Have or Strong Plus)

• Experience consuming LLM APIs
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases
• Prompt engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with LangChain / Semantic Kernel (or similar)
• Cloud experience (Azure / AWS / GCP)

Experience

• 5–10 years overall software development

1+ year exposure to AI‑enabled applications strongly preferred
