As a Senior Lead Developer, the candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for GTS Integration Services team. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in developing web applications in Java, JavaScript frameworks, Spring MVC and Microservices on native and open cloud platforms using CI/CD. The successful candidate must be effective at managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and be capable of meeting deadlines. The role expects seniordeveloperswith strong experience in business and software development, data analysis, system flows and design patternstostrategically develop the various products for Integration Services team.

As Senior Lead Developer, Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Analysis, Design and development of solutions for integration services. Candidate should deliver and manage multiple development projects.

• Represent team on all major technical upgrades and large technical efforts.

• Manage your efforts within and outside the agile team and ensure tasks are completed successfully within deadlines with agreed quality standards.

• Understandusersneeds and propose options for solutions. Anticipate critical issues and risks take responsibility for resolution across the organization.

• Apply analytical andproblem-solvingskills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Using and integrating processes through various transmission protocols.

• Developingsolutionson file transport, messaging andAPIintegration protocols using popular formats.

• System Integration using integrationsoftware- bespoke, vendor and open source.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum10+yearsofexperience in developing Enterprise Web applications inJava,Spring Bootor Python.

• Must have experience inAngular and/orReact.JS&Node.js.

• Must have experience on one or more protocols REST, SOAP, GraphQL, GRPC, Avro, WebSocket.

• Musthave hands-on experience in Relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Etc.) and/orNOSQLDB's.

• Must have hands-on experience in Unit Testing framework such as JUnitetc.

• Must havehands-on experience in at leastoneof Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift etc.

• Must have work experience on Build frameworks(Maven or Gradle)

• Musthave work experience in Agile Teams with a clear understanding of the Agile model.

• Must have work experience inDockers, Kubernetes,DevOps/CI/CD.

• Must have work experienceworking withany of themessaging platforms like IBM MQ,ActiveMQ or Rabbit MQ orKafka.

• Must have workexperience in File Transfer protocollike SFTP, FTP, Samba and MFT.

• Must haveworking knowledge on Co-pilot, Devinor any other AI code-assistant tool.

• Musthave exposure toanyoneof Spark, AI/ML, ETL or Workflow tools like Camunda, Airflow, MuleSoft etc.

• Musthave exposure on ELK Stack, Splunk or other monitoring platforms.
