Job Description

Design and Develop Java Applications:
Translate application requirements into well-structured and efficient Java code.
Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Develop both server-side and client-side Java components as needed.
Integrate Java applications with various databases and web services.
Contribute to All Phases of the SDLC:
Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and design discussions.
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve software defects.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Maintain and Enhance Existing Applications:
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Java applications.
Implement bug fixes and enhancements to improve performance and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices.
Collaborate Effectively:
Work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing.

Skills

Strong Proficiency in Java:
In-depth understanding of Java language fundamentals and OOP concepts.
Experience with Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Struts is a plus.
Experience with Web Development Technologies:
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application development principles.
Database Knowledge:
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL.
Problem-Solving and Debugging Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Good Communication and Teamwork Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
